One of the most exciting aspect of botanical nature- printing is its accessibility. To the average artist, this form of printing may even seem kindergarten-esque. And that’s because it is!
Anyone can do it. No previous art experience is necessary to achieve lovely and rewarding results. Workshop participants are often surprised at how they can create excellent prints whether it be a series of patterns, a set of cards, or a record of their own garden. Creativity through botanical printing can be explored without the need to draw, as the plant itself creates a detailed, outlined form.
